Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
We understand how important timely shipping is to our faithful customers. Our goal is to ship orders 1 - 3 business days after the order has been placed. Expedited shipping methods will usually ship the same business day (EXCEPT ON WEEKENDS) if placed before 11:00AM Pacific Time. Please note that any expedited shipping options chosen after 11:00AM PST will ship out the next business day. Our Customer Service team will notify you via text or email, if an extended delay is expected in your shipment. Please be aware that all expedited shipping options do not include Saturday delivery.
Note: While we work hard to achieve our expedited service delivery, during peak holiday times, delays may cause an overall increase in shipping times.
Exceptions:
Please note that special & whole sale orders may require a 5-10 business day lead time.
Shipping Rates:
At Matie’s Natural Oil all of our shipping rates can easily be seen during the checkout process prior to placing your final order. Safety for our customers and your order is one of our main goals and thus our shipping rates are reflective of those packaging and handling rates.
Do you offer international shipping?
We are currently working on setting our products globally. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the items price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyers responsibility. We will soon have this option to you!
What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your order process/delivery, please contact us at contact@matiesoil.com and let us know how to help you. Unfortunately, at this time we are not accepting any returns or cancellations.
